This was taken at Bayview which is absolutely beautiful. The bay is located on Lake Pend O' Reille and these are floating boat houses. There is also a Naval base located here where they do Acoustic Deepwater testing for submarines. 
We drove up to Schweitzer ski resort just outside of Sandpoint. It was a beautiful drive and you can see Lake Pend O' Reille in the background. Sandpoint is about 45 miles north of Coeur d' Alene. It's a beautiful drive and a fun little town to visit.
Here are the kids with their cousins Connor and Daria who came to visit in July. We had a great time and ever since they left the kids keep telling me they are sooo bored. Maybe I should have packed them in the van when they left for Utah.
